Jeane Vogel is again thrilled to be part of the Missouri Heart
Gallery in 2007. The project pairs volunteer professional portrait photographers
with children living in foster care and waiting for forever families. The fine
art portraits are displayed in galleries and exhibits throughout the state to
raise awareness of adoption.
Jeane photographed nine-year-old Nick in March 2006. The
exhibit opened in April. Nick's new mom saw his portrait and started the
adoption process. Nick had his forever family by Thanksgiving! This year, Jeane
was asked to photograph 7 children!
Of the 125 children in the first Missouri Heart Gallery
project in 2006, more than 40 have found forever families. Please support this
wonderful project.
In 2007, Jeane photographed 7 children for the project.

"THROUGH THE EYES OF A CHILD" - The Missouri Heart Gallery Project
presented by Wendy's and Wen America LLC - The Missouri Heart Gallery Project,
which is going to take place in Missouri for the first time April through
November this year on behalf of The Adoption Exchange, features photographs of
children available for adoption, photographed by world-class photographers and
presented to the general public in the form of an art exhibition.
VIP Premier with the GOVERNOR kicks off the event and will take place on
April 26, 2006 at the Capitol in Jefferson City. The Heart Gallery will
reside in the History Museum of the Capitol for next two weeks following the
premier.
VIP Opening at the COCA GALLERY IN ST. LOUIS is slated to take place June

your invitation to this VIP Opening. The cost is $35.00 per ticket for this
special event. The exhibit will then be displayed at the WESTFIELD SHOPPING TOWN
WEST COUNTY for three weeks!
"Through the Eyes of a Child" includes a tour throughout the state,
featuring the cities of St. Louis, Jefferson City (at the Capitol), Springfield,
Joplin, and Kansas City. Here is a calendar of the expected dates and the cities
the Heart Gallery will be exhibited:

June 16 - St. Louis Opening at COCA Gallery, St. Louis
